Romney: The Bain of My Existence

Dr. Gingrich continues to push Bain Capital as a campaign issue and South Carolinians are not interested. A recent poll by Reuters/Ipsos shows Willard Romney is the most likely winner of the primary.

Romney, a former Massachusetts governor, could all but quash his rivals' presidential aspirations with a victory in South Carolina on January 21 after winning the first state-by-state nominating contests in Iowa and New Hampshire.

Two questions remain:

1. Is this the end of the primary season for Dr. Gingrich or will he shift to yet another style?
2. Will Perry quit the race after this primary?

Update: It looks like Dr. G is going to shift positions. He is now calling for the removal of the ads.

“I’m calling on them to either edit out every single mistake or to pull the entire film,” Mr. Gingrich said at the opening of a campaign office in Orlando during a swing through the critical primary state of Florida. “They cannot run the film if it has errors in it.”
