Re: click sounds disappeared

Dear Anando,

Hello. If I may take this thread off in a slightly different direction...

What actions (not including specifically de-selecting it in the Sounds and
Audio Devices list) would cause "Start Navigation" to no longer have a sound
like "Windows XP Start.wav" attached to it, thus making the clicks go quiet?

This "sudden quietness" has been happening a few times recently for me, even
though I reinstalled WindowsXP SP2 last weekend, and even installed SP3 on
top of that.

I hope that you'll see this, and will please respond soon. Thank you very
much.

Sincerely,
Bram Weiser
