Purchased Xenword Lifetime, not got it.

Hi, I purchased a Xenword lifetime license and have the Paypal receipt. However in my account it still says it's in my cart and I do not have any valid licenses. What do?

Sales are no longer automatically updating accounts. All of this is done manually. I've updated yours and you should now see a place to put the URL then download the product. You will also see the support ticket area.
