Page and Line Breaks - Default

I am trying to set defaults for normal.dotm (template). I can get margins,
font, font size, tabs, etc. But when I try to set the Paragraph, Line and
Page Breaks, I uncheck Window/Orphan Control. But it does not save it even
though it saved the others. Thanks.
