Linking text to text in OneNote

Is it possible to link text between pages? For example, to create a footnote
on another page? The effect would be to click on a link within the text that
would take me to the footnote on another page.

I saw an OLD thread from 2006 that said it would be available in OneNote
2007 (which is what I have), but durned if I can find anything in help about
it.

Thanks in advance.

Sure it is.
Here is how to do it:
1. Select the text to which you would like to link
2. Right click and select Copy Hyperlink to this Paragraph.
3. Then just paste the link anywhere, on any page or section.
Clicking the pasted link will take you to the selected text in step 1.
Hope this helps.

Petar,

Thanks so much for the help. It is exactly what I wanted to know.

You can add link even to the existing text:

- Select object to be linked to and right click it
- click Copy link to paragraph
- go to the page where you'd like to establish link
- select some text, press CTRL+K
- put link into Address field by pressing CTRL+V
