How to repair a .dll file in IE8

Several days ago I noticed in my Dependency Walker that the IESHIMS.dll files
has a yellow circle with a question mark on it. What does this mean and How
do I repair it?
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium

See the History tab on that dialog.

A web search for ieshims.dll files will also help you find a solution for
that file.
