Can't set color in any Office application

I can not set font color in any Office application: Word, Power Point, Excel.
I am in 2003 Office version. But also in 2007 i have the same thing. There is
the same in WordArt. What may be the reason?

Could be a corrupt Office Installation. In Office 2003, try Detect &
Repair from the Help Menu and in Office 2007 try Office Diagnostics from
any application in Office 2007 suite.

I don't know if this could make a difference but do you have a color printer
installed on your computer?

Yes, Ihave acolor printer.
