The Windows user PC boots up and it is a black screen. The
cursors there, but nothing else. Got it so far ?
Tell me, how do they start Explorer from an icon on the
desktop, or a start menu, if explorer is not started and
didn't create the desktop icons and start menu/taskbar ?
