XenWord is a simple, cookie-based XenForo and WordPress bridge. Development of the plugin began in the summer of 2013 and sales started in January 2014. The 2.x series was released in October 2014 after 7 months in development.
XenWord 2.x series provides a new backend, new option settings, and many more widgets. More important, WP user roles are now set in WordPress, thus increasing the compatibility with WP membership plugins.
Login
Login and Logout of the website is controlled by the XenForo login system.
Author Information
Release 2.x includes an option to have the author information link to a WordPress author page or the XenForo postings page.
User Information
The website admin may control WordPress user roles and capabilities using the WordPress systems or plugins.
