Turns out that Microsoft is going to be giving two more Tablets away. Here’s how to win one: Go to the DevConnections Tablet PC hands-on lab and walk through the Vista tour provided. When you’re done you’ll get a baseball cap that you must wear to win. As you walk around, if you’re spotted wearing the hat, you’ve won you’re own Toshiba M400.
