Vista on a Tablet

I still don’t have a Tablet running Vista—and more importantly Glass on Vista. Yeah, yeah, some say Glass is just for looks and Vista runs just fine on many Tablets without Glass, but I want the whole package. I want the experience of Glass to inspire my Vista-grade apps.

Turns out drivers aren’t quite there for the Toshiba M4 to run Glass. Vista works just fine. Not Glass though–yet.

I’m a bit unsure as to what Tablet is worth getting now. I really want a Tablet that can run Vista and Glass. I’m not going to plop down a couple thousand for a Tablet that someday there will be drivers for.

So I’m in waiting mode again. As a Tablet developer I can go back to the desktop, but eh, I don’t want to. I’m addicted to taking my Tablet development work with me wherever I go.
