Read/WriteWeb has DEMO list

Read/WriteWeb previews a handful of companies that will be presenting at DEMO this week. I sure would like to go, but this week I’m tied up.

From a pure technonoly standpoint I’m most interested in earthmine which combines 3D data from a laser range finder and photographs to build 3D maps of cities that you can virtually navigate through. Very cool.

I’m also interested in trying out DimDim–a browser-based web-conferencing service. I suppose there’s no support for ink, but the first thing I love doing with apps like this is trying to figure out how ink might be integrated in. So many of the developers don’t think about it early on. Can’t wait to check it out.
