New Activity Book for Mobile PC Learning

Loren released sample screenshots of a new activity book viewer to make learning with a mobile PC more familiar and friendly. He’s still pushing ahead with new interactive products for input with stylus, touch, or keyboard.

The “application” can display a variety of content, such as crossword puzzles, letter tracing exercises, math problems, word puzzles, and so on. The specific content can be downloaded in book form.

Unlike some eBook readers, the content of this new activity book is both “live” and “fixed.” It’s live in that the viewer can give the person using the book feedback as to whether an answer to a problem is correct or not as they work through a problem. It is fixed in that work on page 1 remains on page 1. No more hide-and-seek for the problems that were on page 1 and now are not.

Thanks, Loren. Many teachers and homeschoolers look forward to your release of this platform, so we can use it with our Tablet PC, Ultra-Mobile PC, or other mobile PC with our students.
