The K12 curriculum provides for distance learning and cyber schools, currently serving more than 25,000 students nationwide.
With courses for kindergarten through high school, K12 helps all students learn without limits and reach their individual potential.
They provide schools with standards based content, web based instructional and planning tools, and teacher training. Plus, they offer turn-key virtual schools for districts to operate.
This looks like another corporate effort to increase student learning. I wonder what objective empirical evidence they have to support their claim of each student reaching individual potential. It’s worth watching how much influence such venture educators have on mass schooling.
