Dave Winer: How to tune into BloggerCon.

Right now Buzz Bruggeman (of ActiveWords fame) is singing “Feelings.” Oh my, this non-conference is going to be different :-).

Update: Here’s a live webcast too.

Update #2: Dave Winer and all the others that have pitched are really showing how to put together a user conference. I’m particularly grateful that they figured out a way to videocast BloggerCon. The audio-only feed is fine, but I really enjoy having faces to go along with the sound.

I’m wondering: How practical is video broadcasting to a small group (lets say 200-300 people) like this? How’s was it done? What infrastructure is needed? Is there a YouTube-ish equivalent to live video casting? What would it cost to broadcast like this all day?
