Do you think students attending venture capital funded schools necessarily will perform better than those attending regular public schools? For example, University Charter School in Modesto, CA, operated by Aspire, perform higher than almost all schools in CA. Why?
(No, probably not just because of different money. I’ve observed this school numerous times over two years. It’s teachers are regular people with electric personalities. Students and teachers smile! And perform… It ranks among the best of the hundreds with comparable demographics in which I’ve observed and visited in over a dozen states.)
