Wow! And there’s more. Students have installed the lab, and they run it, maintain it and work through any problems they run into while in it.
In the process of solving these problems, they will learn to become creative, intuitive, adaptable learners who can solve unpredictable, real world problems, said district technology and media service supervisor Mike Garofalo.
Mr. Garofalo works part-time, manages five elementary school libraries, three computer labs, and four school websites. He also assists with writing and editing new grants, and managing some awarded grants. Way to go, Mike!
