New MovableType spam feature working OK

A couple weeks back we updated to MovableType 3.15. One handy new feature builtin to this release is a comment holding area. Before comments go live, they are put into a queue which I can then accept or deny.

The good part is that the dozen or so spam comments posted here are blocked before they become viewable.

The downside is that I have to take the time to delete them–which is no more difficult than tapping on a series of checkboxes and pressing the Delete button. This means comments don’t go live until I remember to do this. So far I try to accept comments a couple times a day, but I often forget.

What would be handy is an RSS feed built into MovableType that lists all pending comments. That way I’d be notified within a few minutes of a new comment in my RSS reader.
