DEMO conference comments

Robert Scoble chats about the upcomming DEMO conference.

I attended DEMO for the first time last year and had the greatest time. Lots of fascinating technology and high quality people. In terms of the connections I made it was unmatched.

This year I see Dan Bricklin is going to be there. I thoroughly enjoy reading his blog and insights on the industry and I’d love to hear him in person.

Actually, DEMO is the kind of conference where you have the chance to just not “hear” someone, but also “meet” them–or at least say “hi.” Last year I heard Paul Allen (missed him though) dropped by to check out his investment in FlipStart which was demoing their handheld. (What a wonderful Tablet PC it could be.)
