Filtering away good email

I’ve discovered the hard way that I need to take extra care to check my filtered email folders for good email. Over the last couple weeks I’ve missed several critical emails that got mislabelled as spam and wound up in the Junk Email folder. It doesn’t always seem to happen, but when someone sends multiple emails out, it looks like they get filtered. I definetely need to be more careful watching the Junk folder.
