Ah, it wasn’t just me. I thought it was kind of strange that sometimes IE reported that Google’s domain didn’t exist. In all cases, I was able to simply request the page again and it would appear. Hmm. I’m guessing I unwittingly added an extra 10 clicks or so to the mess yesterday.

The article says the problem lasted for about two hours starting at 6 AM PT. Actually, I encountered problems several times in the afternoon too.
