Peyton Manning Breaks NFL Record For Touchdown Passes In A Single Season

Sports Illustrated named Peyton Manning as Sportsman of the Year and to give his fans more reason to love him, Denver’s quarterback regained the record he once held in 2004, tossing four touchdown passes against Houston Texans. Three of the touchdown passes came in the fourth quarter.

This new record of 51 touchdown passes is most likely temporary as the league moves to 18 game seasons soon. Regardless, congratulations to the quarterback.

The Denver win sealed up the AFC West title for the team.
