Seth Lloyd Video on Quantum Life

The video of Seth Lloyd of MIT (Follow link) , who never studied biology, not even in kindergarten, discusses how organisms use quantum life. He uses common language at first to describe, for example, how plants change light into green leaves. This introduces quantum mechanics of life. Fascinating presentation that most people in high school can follow the first few minutes without being able later to use the technical vocabulary.

He spoke at the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics on how organisms have evolved to make use of quantum the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics. (Thanks, Kurzweil, for the link.)
