youtube video will not play in full screen

I reinstalled the OS on my son's computer today and now when he goes to
YouTube and plays a video it will not allow him to play it in full screen.
Does anyone know a fix for this? He has Vista Home Premium 32 Bit on his
computer.

Hi Walt,

The next time you visit YouTube with your son's computer, right click on the
Flash video you are trying to view and select "Settings..." from the context
menu.

In the Settings popup that appears, remove the checkmark from "Enable
Hardware Acceleration".

Does the rest of Windows run fullscreen? If not, check the Display settings
and make sure that the correct resolution is chosen.

Which Fullscreen? F11 in IE or one done by using a video player control?
Which video player? Which version? Which IE? Etc.
