New York City based Qwiki announced on their blog that they are joining Yahoo. According to Yahoo's tumblr page, "The Qwiki app automatically turns pictures and videos that you already have on your iPhone into quick, beautiful movies to share, including transitions and a soundtrack."

Tumblr and Qwiki are two great acquisitions for Yahoo. Congratulations.
