WooCommerce was not setup properly for the XenWord Bridge. Shoppers were registering on the WordPress side of the site rather than the XenForo side. All registration must be on the XenForo side in order for all features of the website to be available.
Links for registration were changed today. Hopefully this fixes the issue.
