Is there an easy way to backup mail and news rules? All I've found are
instructions on exporting the registry key(s).

W7 64-bit, not that it matters in this case.

Usually I export my settings (.iaf) and keep my message store off the
OS drive. ..

KLS backed up everything. Just for kicks and giggles I
uninstalled/reinstalled WLM and restored the backup. Beautiful.
