Wireless Connection Properties window

I'm trying to get Windows to manage my wireless network. On this website
http://oit.pdx.edu/use-windows-to-manage-wireless I got to the window
entitled "Wireless Connection Properties." But on the website it shows a
General and a Wireless Networks tab. On my problem XP computer it shows a
General and an Advanced tab. And the Advanced tab doesn't have the critical
"Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings." How do I set that
property given my "Advanced" tab flavor of XP?

I explain the problem that brought me to this point in another post "Windows
is not currently managing your wireless network."

TIA
LAS
