I am *not* just telling you to use Google. I am telling you that you could
use Google to have found this and will show you how in addition to
suggesting you read the short tutorial on how to utilize the search tool
better to get what you need I have included (probably 5 minutes of your
time.)

Where can I find a "Windows 7" Newsgroup
(Notice "Windows 7" in quotation marks so it treats it like a phrase instead
of two words...)

From that search you quickly surmise that there is no *official* english
(assuming there) newsgroup for Windows 7 nor is one expected.

use Google to have found this and will show you how in addition to
suggesting you read the short tutorial on how to utilize the search tool
