Hi,

I am using Media Player 11 on my Windows Vista PC and have come across a
problem, I am trying to study using a TestOut application which relies on
Media Player.

All was going well but now all of a sudden it will not load the video
tutorials there is just a loading bar displayed and nothing else, by
searching the program folders I beleive these are wmv files which used to
play and did once more yesterday but only one file.

Can anyone help me get this working again.

Thanks,

Anthony

If you open the program folders again and double-click the WMV video
file, it should playback in media player directly.

What's the result of that - successful playback, or do you see an
error message (if so, what's the exact text and error code shown ?)

HTH
