having this strange problem of windows XP telling me it is trying to install
"Fax" on my pc...yet I have no fax & it is asking me for the disc. I must
keep on hitting cancel in order to get past this.
How do I correct this probelm, I do not want to install anything. Some
people have mentioned it is my windows installer that is the problem & I have
updated that but this does not help.
Running Win XP Professtional

Google for the Windows Installer Cleanup tool. You can remove the annoying
app that wants to keep installing from the database and it will no longer
bother you.
