Windows 7 Advisor

I'm running XP Pro. I ran the Windows 7 Advisor.
I normally access my Temporary Internet Files manually and delete everything.
Since running the 7 Advisor, there are 40 to 50 files in my TIF folder that I can
not delete. With Command Prompt, those files do not appear, I've used the /A,
/S switches. Still they don't show up.

These files appear to be links to Microsoft pages, some referencing the 7 Advisor.

How can I delete them?
