A rumor is spreading that Microsoft will join with Netflix to stream movies to the Xbox. It's not the first time this partnership has been speculated about, but it may actually be announced tomorrow when Xbox Live executive John Schappert delivers the keynote address at the Game Developer's Conference in San Francisco.
