What do you see when you go to
http://fai.music.metaservices.microsoft.com in IE? You should get a HTTP
403 error (forbidden).
If you don't mind losing some settings and reinstalling some recently
installed applications, you could use System Restore to roll back to a
system restore point from before the problem started occurring. Removing
recently installed Windows updates is worth trying too.
