Where on microsoft website can I purchase a new activation key

I recently lost my hard drive and after getting a new one tried to load my
Office Home and Student 2007. After many frustrating hours of working with
Microsoft to trouble shoot it I was told I needed to purchase a new
activation key off the website. But, I have so far not been able to find it.


Does anyone have the link for this? It is supposed to be around $10
