The last 2 questions I have asked on this site under Windows XP General have
just disappeared. I can till see my previous questions but not the last 2.
Help point me in the right direction please?

Unfortunately - the trouble could be anywhere.

You are using the Microsoft web interface for the Newsgroups to paste these
messages it seems:
X-Newsreader: Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000

The newsgroups themselves are just about dead in Microsoft's eyes as they
move to Web-based forums - so if there is a problem - too bad, so sad would
be the truthful response to it.

So - my suggestion is to either move to a real newsreader (not a
web-interface for some newsgroups) and to another news server (since the
microsoft one will be gone completely soon) if the newsgroups are where you
want to be -- OR -- you can go to the web-based forums for your Microsoft
assistance.

Go straight for 2 miles until you hit a fork in the road. At that point
split up and go both ways.
