When I preview my web pages there is a large section on the right that is
blank and the content is not centered. However, it is correct on the
    templet. Any suggestions?

Please post this query here with a link to your website:

Without a link to your site, you are not likely to get any help as
people have to see your source code.

Then your desktop screen resolution is set too large for the page size
you are building. This has nothing to do with Office, but you may want
    to review this page
