Perhaps they were looking for a template. Yes, the question would have been
best posted there.
The question has probably been asked in this forum because it has a
reputation for good straight forward and honest answers in order to help
others less up to speed with Office systems.
It also means usually, that the poster feels comfortable in the knowledge
that replies will not contain negative comments such as "I fail to see . . .
" This will only go to deter people in their search for assistance.
