I can't adjust Bass and Treble in Tone Controls section of my sound device
in Advanced Controls For Microphone dialog of Volume Control because it is
    dimmed,why?

The hardware chip, may not have Bass and Treble, supported in the hardware.

Or, the problem may be due to the use of a windows included "generic"
driver instead of a hardware specific driver. In the case of some
ASUS/Realtek drivers, the cause may be that the user did not "drill
down" far enough in the options to properly enable the microphone.
Even then, it may take more than one try, since some options enable
other options. Finally, there may be a module involved that seems to not
be installed by default on some Realtek chips. it is a sound mixer
module, and can be found on the ASUS web site among others.
