Virginia Supreme Court Says Anti-Spamming Law Not A Free Speech Violation

One of the biggest spammers in the US was sentenced to nine years in prison for violating a Virginia anti-spam law. Jeremy Jaynes claimed, as part of his appeal, that the law itself was unconstitutional, because it violated his right to free speech.
