Run msconfig.exe, then see what's under the Startup tab.

What was your point in posting that you have the same problem ? So Gus
would have the "warm and fuzzies" that he wasn't alone ? Couldn't you just
keep checking this thread for additional responses without posting anything
superfluous? Did you expect that since *you* checked in, now all of a
sudden the solutions would come pouring in ?
