I wanted to try FireFox, so I went into IE8 tools and click a button to hide
IE8. Now I can't find the IE icon, or how to get back to the IE tools to
reset it.

Any help appreciated

You went into WHERE to click a button to "hide" IE8?

No you didn't. IE8 doesn't have the option to "hide" itself. Next time you
might want to mention WHICH version of Windows that you use. You can hide
IE8 in Windows 7 but it is NOT an IE8 Tools option.

The Microsoft community for Windows 7 is found at:

So you're trying to pretend to us that you have never used or never heard of
online searching, like using Google. Uh huh. If that's true, ask your
parents or school teacher to fix their computer that they let you use.

Always state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; WinXP 64-bit SP2;
Vista SP1; Vista 64-bit SP2; Win7; Win7 64-bit) when posting in a forum or
newsgroup. Please do so in your next reply.
