ufseagnt.exe

my computer has started acting screwy, i can't get on line using firefox for
example, and when i go to shut down my computer the computer asks if i want
to shut down "ufseagnt.exe" program. is this spyware/malware and what should
i do.

A search on google indiicates that it is a file associated with Trend Micro
Security:
http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=ufseagnt.exe&meta=

Perhaps reinstalling Trend may fix your problem.
