Type on a graphic

Flightless Bird
I can draw with a pen on graphic that I've captured, but I can't
seem to type words on it. Is this possible?

You cab start typing outside the picture. This will opeb a bew
cibatiber.
You can then drag the container over the image.

Flightless Bird
You can also double-click anywhere on the page and it will put an IP where
you double-clicked so this is an easy way to get text where you want it
including on top of an image.
