Triple-Helix of Learning (THL)

A Learners' View (ALV) Is The Shortest And Fastest Path To Learning, The Oxygen Of Social Life.

Definition: (POC). 1. Device to analyze, plan, and monitor the degree of fit between learning, instruction, and content of a lesson. 2. When essential elements of learning, instruction, and content of a lesson fit together to increase learning promptly. 3. Results when social patterns of learners match instruction of content in a lesson.
Simile

Triple-Helix of Learning is to lessons as red, blue, and yellow are to colors. They consist of the elements that blend to form variations within their respective social activities.
Highlights

Triple-Helix of learning (THL) accounts for measurable details that occur while learners learn promptly during instruction. Scientists have demonstrated these elements in their studies.

A triple-helix illustrates common threads across findings of these studies. This helix is formed in whole or in part when a series of elements of social patterns people use while learning matches a series of elements of patterns an instructor uses to instruct a series of elements that form the content of a lesson.

Instructors may use this model to plan, monitor, and revise instruction and lessons.
