I have a Dell Inspiron e1505 with Windows XP Home Ed. I recently did a total
refresh of the system in order to pass on a completely refreshed machine to
my daughter. I reloaded Windows using a CD that was version "SP 1a". I then
used a wired internet connection to upgrade to SP2, and download and install
all recommended drivers from Dell - matched specifically to my Service Tag
Number. Everything seems to work great except for the wireless card. I go
to Control Panel --> Network Connections and don't even see a Wireless
Network. I am unsure whether this is a Windows XP or Dell Driver problem,
but I am sure you can point me in the right direction. Thanks much.
