Time for Exercise!

My clock and body say it's time for exercise, and not for posting about ways to maintain or improve my health! Gotta get those 150 minutes of minimum heart rate above "at rest" every week to maintain body, and this week is over today. Bye. More later. ;) And, yes, I like this tab.
