Theme changing

How do I modify the registry to ensure I retain the Windows Classic
appearance which I want.

Something has happened in recent times and, when I reboot, Windows opens
using a 'Modified Theme' with the fuzzy rounded Taskbar that I detest.

Can I delete files that hold 'Theme' information - and, if so, where do I
find them / what is their extension.

167. Force Classic Start Menu - Undo
187. Restore Luna Theme - Restore Classic Theme

She (Kelly) also has other tweaks that might help.

Elmo,

Thank you for your advice. The links you gave did not work as expected but I
googled: "Classic Start Menu - Force Use" and found the registry entry I
needed.
