I am using vista home edition on my laptop right now and everytime I start up my laptop. I get the message "The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded."
I have found multiple sites recommending I go into safe mode and changing a file name. The problem is that I can not get into safe mode normally, with networking, and with command prompt. I'm not too sure how to get pass this problem.
