Task bar orientaation

Flightless Bird
When I move the task bar to the left side of the screen (drag the bar to the
left) the Windows icon (the start button) moves to the top and the clock
to the bottom. Can I have the Windows icon to the bottom and the clock to
the top?

No, not unless you can find a third-party program that does this.
